“Now, I don’t often write reviews, however when a business or service goes above and beyond expectations it’s the least I can do to say thankyou.I stopped going to the dentist because I’ve never had a good experience. Unfortunately, this neglect created a dental emergency for myself. So I hesitantly went online and by miracle chance I found The Burloak Center dentistry. Now I will never have to look for another dentist again!They fit me in there schedule that same day! Amazing!The moment I walked in I was so pleasantly greeted by the manager Karima and Rita, the receptionist. (even though I was ten minutes late.) The place is well kept and you don’t even have a chance to sit in the waiting room because the dentist is ready to see you immediately. They respect your time and have never made me wait. Karima does a fantastic job orchestrating the business because everything runs so smoothly.Now I met my dentist Dr. Shamoun and her assistant Ruby.My teeth were in terrible shape and I thought I would have to extract atleast five! But Dr. Shamoun would not let that happen. I’m so young still and she was determined to help me. They never once judged, belittled or ridiculed me. So with precise care and meticulously detailed work she managed to save all but one. And boy that one was stubborn! But she extracted it without pain and ruby helped relieve my anxiety and stress with such care. They really made me feel safe and comfortable. It was refreshing to have Dr. Shamoun and Rudy be so professional and personal. Everyone I’ve met at Burloak Centre dentistry are there because they WANT to be there and they WANT to help you! This is not just a job for them to take your money. Which leads me to the next part. I have zero insurance. This was a lot of work I am getting done. They knew it was an emergency so they configured my charges to save me hundreds!!! My dental emergency now became AFFORDABLE!In addition to that, Their dedication doesn’t stop even after you leave the offfice. I was given a prescription and right as soon as I got home my phone rings and it’s Karima ensuring that I had picked up my prescription and made it home safetly. Now that is above and beyond! Proof that the staff there really cares. Honestly my experience here has restored my faith in humanity. There really still are wholesome, honest and pure people out there.Words cannot express my gratitude for all the doctors and staff at Burloak Centre dentistry.
