I have put off health and fitness for a long time. 2 weeks ago, I started a 12 week program at this gym. I am blown away by how welcoming everyone is, from the owner to the trainers to people that go there as well.
I 100% have recommended this place to everyone and anyone who will listen to me.

A shout out to Gary Ferrier of The Transformation Station by Better Bodz Inc., who encouraged me to come in for a mobility workout, despite my back 'knot' causing discomfort. I decided to forgo my daily workout, but Gary convinced me otherwise and I'm glad he did. The workout was uncomfortable but worth it, and I felt better the next day. ?Thankful for Gary's care and concern. I highly recommend The Transformation Station by Better Bodz Inc.

For anyone struggling to make a change there is no one like Gary. The knowledge , support and drive Gary has I have never seen before. Being in many different gyms and seeing different trainers I can say Gary is one of a kind. I have struggled with diets and in short period of time Gary had started me on the right path again.
