It is now 16 or 17 months since I first saw Puru, then the head technician at Milton Best Buy, and surely there never lighted on this orb, which he hardly seemed to touch, a more delightful vision. He approached the desk with an all knowing smile as I began to explain, lost, at the length my laptop’s symptoms, how I needed it operational as soon as possible. He let me finish but I could tell from his eyes he knew the problem(s) within 10 seconds of me speaking. Manners maketh the man. “Please give me your laptop Mr. Gordon”. My wife was enchanted, I must admit, so was I.
