When we got home I asked him how many stars we should rate our experience and he said “10 million stars!” I love the environment here and although we saw an apprentice he was well trained and Jacob took the time to continuously check in and effectively guide him to make sure the service was up to standard. They were all extremely patient with my son and it was heart warming and inspiring being in such a supportive learning environment for the apprentices.
