Thank you thank you thank you so much for the timely and honest repair today!I was in a bit of a panic when my car started making a grinding noise after I arrived at Blue Mountain on the weekend.My only option was Canadian Tire, which I was not willing to just send my car too after a previous bad experience.I asked around to some people in the area, and after being told about Brown’s Auto Service and looking at their reviews, I called them first thing on Monday morning. They answered the phone promptly at 8am, which then allowed me to get a tow at 9am with CAA directly to them.By lunch my car was repaired, it was only a rock stuck in my rotar. I visited the shop today without an appointment as my tire light came on. The office manager and the technician were so very gracious to squeeze me in and checked all tires and inflated to the correct pressure. They did not even charge me! An A team they have got! Amazing welcome! My car’s rear brake line started to leak on my way back to Toronto! What an amazing service, professional, and on time. They were so helpful to accommodate going beyond.. This garage is a 5 stars rating. Thank you again guys, you def made our vacation easier.
