I recently had the opportunity to have Dino and his team do a complete reno of 2 of our bathrooms. It was the first time I had contracted out such a large reno and couldn’t be any happier with the results. From the beginning, the team was open, welcoming and was very detailed during the entire process. From the initial estimate all the way the way through to the design process and picking out the finishes. I am writing this review because I have had the pleasure of working with Dino and his crew at Uniq Inc on 2 occasions. The first time I used this company was when I lived in Richmond Hill and I had three large bathrooms renovated at the same time .. Dinos quote was fair and reasonable. There were no hidden costs and he finished the job on time as promised. When I moved to the city, I decided to renovate a bathroom in my new home as well as add a mud room to the back of the kitchen, Uniq Inc was my first choice for the work and they did not disappoint. We had two of our bathrooms done by UNIQ and thus far – 3 months after, have been very content with the work and the end result.
To start, Dino was a pleasure to work with. From his first visit to his last, he was always punctual and upbeat, very genuine to say the least. He did his best to build a meaningful relationship with his clients and fully stood behind all the work. This extends to all our visits at his showroom and correspondence beyond. Unlike most contractors that sub out the consultations or do all the work themselves, Dino holds the right approach and never once felt overburdened nor pressured us during the entire timeline.
