We contacted Tropic Air since our furnace stopped working late last week. Of note, we had dealt with Tropic Air a few years ago when our AC stopped working and were very satisfied with the service provided. I again asked that Loren be dispatched to our house and he didn't disappoint. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. Would highly recommend this company for their service.

Thank you Tropic Air and thank you Loren!!!I truly appreciated your fast and knowledgeable service of my furnace at an affordable price. As a single mom, I found Loren to be professional, honest and caring of my situation - in my experience, he went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that my daughter and I did not go without. Unfortunately, that is not very common nowadays. He has not only proven to be a good business man, but a great human. I have and would recommend Tropic Air and Loren again in a heart beat.

Amazing service! Tech Arrived quicker than expected. Amazing service. Our furnace motor wasn’t working and Loren was able to get us a replacement the same night and install it. Do not hesitate to call them! Tech also made a suggestion for my central humidifier and am using them to get it fixed as well. Great work Tropic Air!Service: HVAC system maintenance
