Update: 2023: The previous hair dresser I used at Top Trends has left. There is new management and staff working here. Have not tried it yet.2022: Always impressed! Was able to match the colour I needed touched up on my hair the first time I arrived. Excellent cut & style as well as up to date on doing trim designs on base of neck for teenager in family. Prices are good.
