Thanks, Jason, for going the extra mile to repair the broken exhaust pipe of my aged auto in a reasonable way to keep the cost low.
The air conditioner is also diagnosed and fixed with good explanation of the issues. No other unnecessary repairing.

Was referred to Jason @ Tactful Auto to get a safety inspection done on my STI from my guys over at Apex Auto which conveniently is in the same plaza. Quick service & the staff was incredibly friendly. Highly recommend this shop if you're looking for a trustworthy and honest mechanics!

Just got my tires & changed. Jason accommodate the appointment time very well which is perfect for me .
Mechanics usually asked for a higher price when they see a girl walk in by herself. But not this one!!!!
Jason are kind and patient to explain. Absolutely does not take advantage to overcharge
