Been going here for years for Gel Nails. Joanna/Joanne as well as Jessie, have been my Nail Techs many times. And they always do my nails so beautifully. In love with the cats eye nail polish options they have. Definitely my go to spot for nails?
My first time doing pedicure with shellac and the staff was so patient took her time,asked what I wished but also had the opportunity to try different colors and choose the one I wanted.
I think that not every place get to be this smooth and open to make designs you ask for on nails but here the staff did it for me and even shared her thoughts on how it could look good.
As a result I am 100% satisfied even though I came from France and leaving today if I come back I will surely do it here again !

My friends and I (four of us) had been coming to Susan Nails & Spa for a few years now. I live in Markham and my friends are from out of town. We love the service here. The girls who work here (Michelle, Lisa, Lynn, Joanna) are very professional and friendly. They always take their time to make sure things are done the way we want. Despite of being so busy, they manage to keep their cools and patience with us. Keep up the good work. Kudos!!!
