This service is a joke. I cant believe tax dollars fund this. Ive been forced to use this service for years. They refuse to do the job there suppose to do the workers will steal or not even show up while collecting pay. Noone cares about the work from the psws to supervisors. Im pretty sure they are hurting more then they help. Just makes you wonder what training is happening here for this service to conduct itself and why tax payer money cannot provide a quality service.

I had this agency sending in nurses and PSWs to do care for my mom. The staff were frequently late, no show, do poor care, and never follow your agreed schedule.The coordinators lie to you. They never provide you any accurate info. They don’t have enough staff so your family member don’t get enough care and constantly without care. Their supervisors promise to call you back and never do. If your family member needs more care hours, they just ignore your needs and don’t follow -up or direct you to look elsewhere. They have no compassion for the clients and will cutoff your services without sufficient notification. My mother was dying and needed round the clock care... read full review

Worse place ever to work as a staff. They don’t care about their workers and clients. They harass them and take away their autonomy. They stress the families. Hire incompetent staff and send them out to care for your loved ones.
