Incredible experience buying my hot tub from Gary Kahoon, he took the time to understand my needs and hooked me up with a great tub. It doesn’t stop there, the delivery and installation process was amazing as well. I have some difficulty with the Electrician, and Gary and the owner Gary (There are two of them lol), He came to my house to meet the electrician to help identify the issue and fix it. It’s one thing to get good sales experience, but it’s an entirely above and beyond having them both come to my house when I had an issue.

We are beyond happy with our new Hybrid 4 Beachcomber Hot tub! Gary Kahoon and staff were amazing start to finish and have been extremely helpful pre and post install.
Anytime we stop in for supplies we are greeted by everyone with smiles and great conversation

Jayden is excellent with customer service. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He went well out of his way to make sure another staff member's mistake wasn't going to cost me any inconvenience or loss when they grabbed the wrong part that I needed. He corrected the issue and made sure that it would work out for me. Much more than you would expect from a business.
