I really enjoyed the overall experience. I spent time in the female-only hot tubs and saunas, and found the experience very therapeutic. However, one moment that irked me was when the woman handed us our spa clothes. I went with a group of five friends including myself and instead of asking us what size we were comfortable in, she just looked us up and down instead and was not trying to be subtle about this. I think this may be a cultural difference but my friends and I all agreed that this came off as judgemental and made us feel very uncomfortable. Otherwise, very relaxing place, I would recommend.
Has been a customer since 2018. Love the environment and exceptional service for my each visit. Best facial place in the GTA. If you want to pamper yourself, this is definitely the one to go.
I've been a loyal patron of R Spa for many years, and it never fails to exceed my expectations. The staff is always friendly, and their aesthetic services are truly professional. My personal favorite is their body massage with essential oils – it's a rejuvenating experience every time. I also use their Swiss facial products; they work wonders for my skin. Highly recommended!
