I visited this place today for a reset of my 1 day old Samsung phone. Betsy, who works at Fido kiosk where i purchased my phone at Woodside Mall at McCowan, was very arrogant and said I'm only a salesperson here. She does not entertain questions. Wow, how did Rogers hire this person who had "zero" customer service. She told me to bring my phone instead to Phone M.D. which I'm glad I did. Andes helped me fix my problem, which took him 2 minutes to fix. Very kind, and answered all my questions. Jess gave me a tutorial on my new Samsung, spent time with me showing things I need to know. Thank you Phone M.D.

Wow! I'm just so blown away with the service here. We brought our watch here after months of waiting for the Samsung experience store to repair it and they wouldn't communicate with us or do anything. Our warranty was running out so we came to Phone MD, dropped it off on a Thursday afternoon and got it right to my door the following Monday. The person who helped us was so informative, helpful and very friendly. Thank you for your service!

I brought my Samsung watch 4 which was under warranty to be repaired as one day it just decided not to start.It was repaired in a quick and timely manner. The customer service lady I dealt with was great and they also appeared to repair e-bikes there.
