One visitor, who usually goes to a different well-known franchise, tried Perfect Wellness Center due to a knot in their foot and a lack of reflexology services at their regular spot. They found the reflexology service to be a great price and the body massage to be "torture" in a good way, as the masseuse worked out their tension and helped them relax despite their anxiety. The foot massage was also praised, as the masseuse found the problem area without being told. Another visitor came for shoulder pain treatment and found the back stepping treatment to be professional and relaxing.
