He doesn't mark up parts the normal 50 pct you get parts at his cost.
Offers parts with warranty of 2 years.
Got defective parts replaced after one year of use at zero part cost only labour to install.

He's maintained 5 of my cars. An old Altima needed an engine sensor at $150 he gave me a used sensor off an engine in his shop for $20.

All service done at a specific time no wating around highly punctual .
His shop is spotless highly organized every tool in its specific location.

Pan-Pan is a genuine mechanic who provides amazing service to his clients! I had an issue with my window and Pan-Pan was kind enough to schedule me in right away for an appointment the following day. Pan-Pan thoroughly inspected my car and provided a detailed explanation on how he could fix the issue. He allowed me to watch him complete the inspection and taught me a few things during my visit. Thank you Pan-Pan. You have a loyal customer!

I started seeing PanPan back in 2022 and I have not stopped since! For all or any car needs I have I always trust that he will get me the best prices and have everything done beautifully all while being super quick and efficient! He always keeps you informed from start to finish and exhausts every alternative first! He’s been extremely patient and has gone above and beyond for every service I’ve had done with him.
