Ryan is a very knowledgeable and honest computer specialist. He helped me with disconnecting my laptop's built in keyboard because it was fried from a spilt soda. Ryan is always there when I need help with my computer - today he connected to my computer remotely and quickly changed a few settings to allow me to access some important aspects of my computer that for some reason I couldn't access today. I highly recommend him and Nerds4hire - I always use his services for anything related to my computer. He also replaced my iPhone glass last year, as well.
