She walked me through on the phone after I sent pictures of my existing stairs. She was very detailed and went through everything and explained what work was needed. She looked after the entire process and gave me a heads up on what to expect. After selecting the stain color to match new floors Master Zhao came and took measurements, made models of the stairs and landing pieces.
