I asked for Gel nails and didn't realize they were doing bio gel until I had to pay, $10 difference. Communication barrier, primarily mandarin speaking, not too much English. Cuticles not pushed back. I'm used to nail salons soaking and cleaning my nails before starting but didn't have this done and no towel put down. I didn't see any proper Sanitation between customers (ie. Wiping, cleaning tools, etc).

I had a good experience at this location. I arrived at 6:50 pm to get my nails done, and the nail tech was gracious enough to give me a full gel set, even if it meant she would be staying over time! My nails turned out great and are still looking clean, unchipped, and beautiful after a week.

I am very much satisfied with service.I had my 1st experience about nails extensions.The name of a girl is I think sukkii or sukhi M something I forgot she is an amazing artist of nails.Her works tells us she really love her work and doing with very honesty and I will definitely visit again and again for nails and others services too.Because it was my 1st experience there and price is also reasonable,she is very polite, professional.Thank you so much sukki
