As a first time home buyer, working with Rocky was an absolute delight. He was professional and patient with guiding me through the process from figuring out my needs, viewing potential properties and all the way through to the end. Would recommend his services to anyone, it was a superb home buying process!
This is not legit, check RECO for licensed or previously registered agents! Corporate company staging individual sales, purchased by Corporation, Corporate account paying in full for 600 hundred thousand dollars for homes. Single mothers, with multiple children, on ODSP, saying they do not pay rent, do not and cannot afford multiple properties at 5-600 or more each. Major red flags, just look at the names listed and alot no photos for a reason.
Unpractical and unreliable people. Got their ad card and i can clearly see false information there with house prices.
They are just gonna sell you and home that too over-priced and then you will deal and suffer with all mortgages.
I will never go to them.
