I brought my crushed old pc to Tech Hub on a Saturday late afternoon before the store closed. They brought a new cord, an adaptor to my home after closing and personally set it up for me at my apartment (all free). Realizing that it was because my monitor was defective, Ihsan gave me a monitor free, free goodies, free software and tons of assurances and guarantees, treating me like VIP.
