I have been a customer here for 10+ years but they are incredibly rude and pushy now. There are much cheaper and higher quality places in the mall to go to. Don't waste your time here

This is the worst optometrist I have ever worked with. Once you have paid for your glasses, they refuse to honor the warranty. I purchased two pairs of glasses and had another pair repaired in August 2023. I returned in January because both the glasses I purchased and the repaired ones had issues with the lenses popping out. They refused to repair the lenses on the repaired glasses and charged me to repair the new Versace glasses. To make matters worse, my wife had also purchased a new pair of Balenciaga sunglasses; unfortunately, the gold double B on the side fell out. They also refused to fix these. Were these glasses counterfeit?

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star! The service is so bad?The menopausal old waiter spoke Cantonese and made sarcastic and vertical remarks that discriminated against us because we spoke Mandarin! As soon as I gave the money, my attitude changed and I immediately asked for a refund because of service reasons and refused to give it back! Angry, I advise you not to come here to spend money!
