I can only speak from my personal experience but I had a great experience. My neighbor and I needed to do our rooftops earlier than scheduled (around the 8-9 year mark) because we are at the head of an intersection which creates a bit of a wind tunnel and the shingles that were installed previously were too light (ripping off with medium winds). I was renovating my basement in November and I saw the H&R roofers working on the neighbor's roof across the street. I took down the number and gave them a call.Jack and team were pretty responsive, answered all my questions, calls and since I was mediating on behalf of my neighbor as well, he was really flexible with timing....read full review
