The floor at home was leaking, so I went to this store to look for a replacement wooden floor. I met the store clerk IVY who enthusiastically explained and helped me find various styles of wooden floors and install them. The service was sincere and the store had complete samples of various wooden floors.
We had carpet stairs replaced and ceramic on the entry way replaced. They did good job on both. We were not satisfied with how the baseboard finished the first time. But, Mo, the supervisor called another crew in to have it done over the way i wanted it. Overall a good job.
Had a wonderful experience at the store just getting information. It was a $40 deposit for a large sample, which helped me get a really good idea of the flooring. The sales rep was extremely informative and very patient. I ended up not going with the flooring as it wasn't in my budget but I would highly recommend going here.
