I did the ocean float plus the somatic integration with Aristaea right before a weekend of doing yoga workshops. I felt I needed to relax/purify my body and spirit prior to administering my own version of healing. The float plus the somatic integration was the perfect combo. I also was suffering from insomnia and other disorders the weak prior and after the session my mind and body became easier to work with.

No wonder why the place has such good reviews—my float therapy experience was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the serene ambiance and friendly staff set the stage for ultimate relaxation. The float pod itself was very nice, perfectly calibrated to provide a deep sensation of weightlessness. The whole place is enveloped with quietude and warmth, completely disconnecting from the hustle of daily life. The gentle, calming environment and the thoughtful amenities enhanced our experience. Wonderful experiences. Staff has as always been super friendly. Very clean and well kept. Started going well I was pregnant to relieve the back pains and have continued ever since. Highly recommend for everyone
