My daughter broke one of the nose pad and felt the part into the sink at 8pm.only Markville optics store close at 9 so I rush there. All the shops could not help and at 8:45 I went to eyestar and my last hope . At first sales lady Trish and eve said may not be flexible but eve still try her best . At last she did fix it . I offer money for the repair and eve said it was their service . This store and sales amaze me 5 star service all the way thanks

I recently visited Eye Star Markville and was impressed by the staff, especially Eve, who went above and beyond! The level of customer service provided here is exceptional - friendly, attentive, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Grateful for such a positive experience!

I dropped a small part from my glasses when I was wandering at CF Markville , So I went to the Eyestar Optical in the Mall asked that if someone could fix it for me , Although I bought it from other Opitical in Burlington , But the Staff there was very patience and fixed it shortly, Really appreciate it!
