“I recently had the opportunity to have Dino and his team do a complete reno of 2 of our bathrooms. It was the first time I had contracted out such a large reno and couldn’t be any happier with the results.
From the beginning, the team was open, welcoming and was very detailed during the entire process. From the initial estimate all the way the way through to the design process and picking out the finishes. They even allowed my daughters to help decide what finished to choose given it one of the bathrooms was theirs :)
During the reno, the team was always checking in and making sure everything was to our liking and took the time to explain certain procedures to ensure we were always aware of everything.
Overall, it was a great experience and are loving our new bathrooms.

“Underpinning with 24/Pros was the absolute best choice we could have made. Why? First, we were able to live in our house for much of the basement work. Farshad sealed off the basement Farshad and his team are beyond superb! #1 - the all made sure we were comfortable and happy throughout the process. #2 - they allowed us to live during the underpinning for 2 months which saved us $10,000 in rent #3 - they communicated often and accurately, Even when they hit snags that were unexpected (found septic tanks under our house!) # - were polite and clean. We were able to use laundry washer & dryer throughout the time they were there. Their cleanup was really amazing. # - their work was perfect and all as expected. They actually helped the engineer with some unique issues related to our home (120 years old). Overall, the quality of the work was A+ and it was completed on time and on budget (was a reasonable price). His team worked hard every day, were remarkably efficient, tidy, reliable and super friendly. “This was our first home renovation project. After many years of planning, we decided to make our dreams a reality. We extensively researched different companies and chose to work with Sanza Homes. We are so happy with their finished product and the entire experience. Their design work absolutely blew us away and the final project completely exceeded our expectations! We love every aspect of our new home and in awe of so many things each day. Their plan layout was logical, comfortable and created a functional space that is perfect for our day-to-day family life.
