Customer service the way it was meant to be! Absolutely AMAZING from start to finish!! I seriously can't say enough good things about this company. Jennifer was wonderful to deal with, very helpful, quick to respond, knowledgeable and extremely good at what they do! We recently purchased a home in November and well the ducts needed some much needed TLC as the air quality in the house was less than desirable. Not only did the ducts become spic and span so did all the vent covers and they installed the new furnace filters we purchased as well, and WOW what a difference in the air, it was like we had opened all the windows and fresh air was flowing everywhere but not a single window got opened. My car needed repair, and after asking around at work for a recommendation I took it to Neverest. I was very impressed with the service I received from not only the mechanic but also the receptionist. They were all very fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend, and will be back in.

I used their services 2 years ago. I had to move back to the original place. I would hire them again. Good experience, not perfect, but are we? I try to look at the positive side and over all I am satisfied. I try to look for the good things people have and that was exactly what I received in response from them. They even helped us to assemble the beds.

Our car broke down on our way home to New Brunswick just outside Markdale. So lucky we got towed to Allan's - they fixed it super fast and at a very reasonable price. Made it back to NB with no issues (that's about 15 hours from Markdale) so it's fair to say they did a good job! Also there's a Chapman's ice cream window just down the road and a food truck right at Allan's so there's not much more you could want in an unexpected stop!
