On site, the installers Eduardo and Eliseo were excellent - they explained that a longer downspout on the back eavestrough would help move water away from the house more efficiently, and that based on the water flow at the front of the house a downspout connector was not actually needed, which was a big improvement on the visual clutter of my old, complex gutter system. The cleanup was great, and they didn't leave me any mess to deal with. 10/10, great experience all around.“

Before contracting the job, Mark pointed out all the problems, and very honestly told me that he wouldn't make any repairs as the eaves were beyond repair. They were over 40 years, original to the house. They came on time, worked hard, precisely and once finished, cleaned up after finishing. You never would guess that a contractor worked most of the day around the house. Mark pointed out several improvements to the existing eaves layout which make a lot of sense and will improve the water flow and snow and ice melting, protecting the roof and the house.
