Recently joined and couldn’t be happier. Classes are incredible, the instructors are great and the facilities are clean and well taken care of. All members are welcoming and the gym has an overall great environment that keep you motivated and accountable! Worth every penny.
By far the best boutique gym I have been too. Clean, spacious, can get my workouts done efficiently, and the trainers / owner are great people. Staying motivated is easy coming to this gym.
I was traveling in the area and joined for a week! I enjoyed group sessions with Eric, Julius, and Nigel. They are all great trainers . They focus on the whole package: mobility, cardio, and strengths. The classes were challenging, original, and fun! Thank you so much for letting me enjoy your training facility!?
