Yasmin at LA Fitness is amazing! She is always welcoming, kind, and professional at the front desk. She handles check-ins and check-outs smoothly and makes sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Her positive attitude and care for members really stand out. She creates a friendly and organized environment every time I come in. Highly recommended!

For a well-known gym brand, I am surprised to find the condition of this LA location is way below standard.
1. The biggest concern I have with all the LA locations is that there are no sanitizing wipes or sprays for people to wipe/clean the equipment after use. They only provide dry paper towel with hand sanitizing gel/foam, which also been used to clean equipment. During my visits, 95% of members didn't bother to clean the equipment after use. Big red flag.
2. The free weights areas are a mess. Half of the dumbells and barbells are missing from the racks. No one bothers to put things back. There are random dumbells and weights... read full review

Avin was exceltionally helpful in renewing my membership! I was worried about the process due to the immense overhead that is usually present in these situations. She made all of that go away the instant I told her about it. In a place where barriers are broken and harships endured, it's good to know someone's got your back!!
