I've been a client since Energy Clean installed our updated HVAC in 2018. Their installers were excellent, as are most of their service techs, especially Joe, whose attention to detail is impressive. My last two routine maintenance appointments were done by him. Office staff is also very customer service focused. Everyone who works at Energy Clean seem pretty happy, which I credit to the owner Scott, who is a really decent, honest and helpful guy. I wholeheartedly recommend Energy Clean Heating and Air Systems
This Monday (10/14/2024), I started using the heat pump to heat my house. However, the controller did not show anything, just all black. So I couldn't start the heat pump or the furnace.
I called Scott around 9am and didn't expect help to come right away because it was a long Thanksgiving weekend.
But Scott took his phone right away and told he would send someone to help.
Then at 10:37am I got a response from Susan saying a technician would come in the afternoon. The technician came around 4pm. They tried their best but it didn't work.
Then on Tuesday then send Joe. This time it was confirmed that the problem was with the furnace, not the heat...read full review
