Clip-In Hair Extensions

I asked for "not a lot of volume" as I did not want the weight of a full k-bond tugging on my hair if that makes sense as I was concerned about hair loss - so the owner Jessica charged me a $100 fee (in the form of keeping the booking deposit) to cut the bonds in half (at the bond, not cutting the hair length in half) since that is additional labour for her. I did not get to keep the leftover hair that did not get installed despite paying full price for the hair. If she finished within the time she'd set aside for the appointment the charge should be the same - and she finished my appointment 30 minutes early while speaking to her husband on the phone for about half my appointment! Incredibly unprofessional. After I asked Reddit if I got ripped off or not, I went to the salon to demand my leftover hair back. They refused to acknowledge that they never took care of me by talking to me about my leftover hair and the options available (leave at salon for future visits or take home with you). NO conversation was offered because I am a first time hair extension girlie and Jessica the owner definitely tried to take advantage of me and my inexperience with hair extensions by keeping the booking deposit and keeping my leftover hair without telling me or recording it into her system. She also asked her student who is training under her to get my hair for her. Her student sneered and laughed in my face the entire time. Incredibly disgusting customer service all around at this salon. After my appointment and before I realized she ripped me off, she asked me for a nice Google review for her business. Looking at these reviews, I bet these are all her friends and family that she eggs on to leave a stellar review.

Just home from the salon and my daughters confirmed what I was already thinking – my hair looks fabulous! Thank you so much for everything you do – you're a truly talented stylist and I always enjoy my appointments. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Best wishes, Flora

I've had tape and bond extensions applied many times before and have a paid a pretty penny, however, Jessica is by far the best in business. The quality of hair and professionalism are outstanding. Her application technique is amazing and she takes the time with each strand and treats you like family. Her prices are amazing. I will forever be a client! Jessica is truely a master!
