“First of all, the location is very convenient. It is in building E of Algonquin college. They offer 2 hours free parking in parking lot 10 right next to it. Make sure you park at designated spots for Pro Physio. In my case, they can direct bill Canada Life which is an added bonus. I came in for a massage therapy for my knee and lower back , lower leg pain. Minh was a great RMT. He was attentive, professional and very kind. He listened to your problems carefully and tried to see where your most painful muscle is located. Then he tried to work gently but effectively to release pain and stiffness. He is very knowledgeable. The session was interactive. Highly recommended Minh to anyone seeking massage therapy. Will be back again for sure.“

“I have been treated by Himank & Helly and have nothing but good things to say about them. I came in with wrist/forearm pain + scoliosis/back&neck pain that was being mistreated by a chiropractor. Not only were both Himank & Helly very friendly and knowlegeable, I could tell that their concern was my wellbeing and healing & not just my money. When I went to the chiropractor they would force me to take more sessions even though I was feeling worse each session. Himank actually encouraged me to take breaks between sessions and I saw improvement in my symptoms within a few months. Helly recently took over for Himank while on vacation and she is the sweetest. When something wasn't working for one of my injuries he suggested a different method that worked. He is realistic with the progress and provides advice/guidance for your at home exercises. He listens to my feedback about my progress and any concerns I may have. He helps me understand the process and things I need to do to heal within the limits of the recovery.
