Used to be with Dr. Ting Malone since birth until now (26), she will be greatly missed. Today I had the pleasure of having Dr. Hickman as my new doctor and he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, empathetic and personable.

I have had to interact with the MMC a little bit more than usual lately. I have always been very happy with the health services that they provide. I appreciate their phone system whereby you are continually updated as to your position in line when you are on hold. When it is your turn, the phone receptionists are pleasant and helpful. Having urgent care hours outside of regular hours is a big bonus. All of us in my family are happy with our physicians (we all have different ones). The office space is beautiful and the practice is well-managed.
Very fortunate to have the services of the doctors at this clinic. Dr. Westerlaken is attentive and responsive to concerns. The front staff are always friendly and kind. They are always on time and don't make you wait. Office is clean as well.Thursday night ladies go above and beyond.
