I've had 4 houses and this is the absolute best experience I've ever had with a heating and cooling company. In the peak of a heat wave, Jim was here in an hour (I get that may just be luck). He called and said he'd been knocking for a while.. I couldn't hear because I was upstairs.. (Bell just left when the same thing happened). I came down and he told me the AC was already fixed, he showed me the part he replaced, handed me an invoice that was less than I expected and was off. He also told me a professionals trick to fix my oil furnace that worked like a charm and didn't even charge me for it. Highly recommended. Thanks, Jim!!
