Since I haven't lifted weights in a few years, I bought some personal training sessions with Jon and it's been amazing. Jon is knowledgeable, accommodating, and just pleasant to be around. Also, he encouraged me to try classes and, while it took me too long to do so, I finally did and felt right at home. If you're apprehensive about joining, don't be. You'll love it.

In addition to pain management and overall maintenance of health, Sonja is skilled at providing prenatal massage. In a field with many service providers , Sonja stands out above the rest.

I thought I'd broken the window as it wouldn't close after I finished cleaning it. I emailed a photo of my problem and the next day he came and showed me what the issue was and that it only needed some TLC and silicone spray. He took the time to explain everything to me so that I feel much more confident in approaching the rest of the windows in the house we're moving into. Very personable! Thanks Dann!
