Honest review.... I booked Ascend tree service in June and was informed they would be at my property by the end of July. They arrived the first week of August... which is fine; except that it would have been nice to be advised that their schedule was running late, and that we were not forgotten. They arrived with a team of 5 or 6 people and within 2 hours everything was done!!! We originally asked to have 2 dangerously dead trees removed and 3 other stumps grinded. After realizing that the removal of the 2 dead trees could not be grinded low enough to be covered completely with the back fill that would level out our yard... I immediately talked to Chris.
