I would like to leave a review for Western Steam Inc. We had the pleasure of having Al clean our carpets. Al did everything with so much care and compassion. Al was respectful, polite, caring and very honest. If we can rate Al 10 star we would. We can honestly say after his work was completed the carpets looked almost brand new. We would highly recommend Al and Western Steam. Keep up the outstanding work 10 🌟.
We had a great experience with Western Steam. Ellaa provided prompt and courteous customer service. Al did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and rugs. He was extremely thorough and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely use them again!
We had Ellaa clean our carpets, sofas, and headboard. One of our area rugs was very a delicate viscose material, tough to clean. He handled everything with so much care. Ellaa is efficient, meticulous, and very professional. I can honestly say after his work, I am a permanent customer and will be recommending him to everyone. 10/10
