“I had been dealing with lower back pain for the better part of 6 months due to sitting for 8-10 hours a day in an office chair. Jessica did an amazing job massing my back, talking me through past injuries that could be underlying issues and showing me some great stretches. She said the massage wouldn't be an instant fix but that's where she was wrong!
