Today at our business we had a door lock breakdown. Walker Security Locksmith was great about understanding the urgency of our request. Our technician Jeff was great. He called me right back, was onsite within a couple of hours and solved our problem. Even more impressive was he fixed our whole door from scraping on the floor and it closes beautifully now. Walkers is a wonderful family owned, London historic business. Our family has dealt with this business successfully for three generations! Andy, a new treasure at this security locksmith business, specializes in heritage homes with old locks. Our Old North home is 140 years old. When the antique bedroom lock spindle broke, Andy was able to put a new spindle in. He also rekeyed all of our exterior locks, including the antique (over 100 year old) lock on our front door and made sure there was no sticking problems in the mechanism. Andy was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and prompt! We highly recommend Walkers and Andy!
