They stand behind their work. After an oil change, the oil filter failed, causing all of the oil to run out. They towed my car from my home back to the shop, resolved the issue completely, and drove it back to my home. All at no additional cost to me. Excellent service!!!!
1958 GMC 100. My truck is all new a built by another guy but that guy ruined it, Dan and his team worked wonders on this truck right to the point of fabricating parts. I went in to Steel Horse Automotive because I heard a rattling under the the hood of my car. After they had worked on it, I took it for a test drive and the rattle was still there. I called Dan (the Owner) and he told me to bring it in the next day. Not only did he fix the original problem, but he refunded me for parts and labour on the initial repair. I came to Steel Horse Automotive because of the great reviews, and my experience only reinforced what others have said. Mistakes happen, but the fact that Dan went out of his way to make it right proves his dedication to customer satisfaction.
