We had a great experience with Southwest Doors recently. atWork Office Furniture London, needed some side glass panels on our new vignettes in our showroom, and we chose Southwest Doors and Hardware to do the job. Bryan Anderson was very quick to quote our request so we could get our budget established. Then Devon, their lead installer, came and did a pre-install site measure to ensure the glass was going to be ordered the correct sizes. Very happy with the service we were provided. I had called 3 other companies requesting a service call for our accessibility door; 1 was a 'no show' for a scheduled appointment, 1 spent quite a bit of time discussing the issue with a promise of follow up to arrange the appointment - I did not hear back from them. The other wanted to charge a rather large fee prior to even attending our facility.

Very please with the prompt service. Customer service is very easy to talk with. Very impressed with the young man they sent out, he was pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't leave until he was satisfied that we were satisfied.
