Tech Kyle was great...he was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
The calling center voice, however was very difficult to understand, and she did not understand me either (frustrating).
Last weekend, our AC unit failed. My husband called Reliance and within 6 hours, a sales representative (Lance) came to our home and gave us a quote for a replacement. We decided to go ahead and purchase a new AC unit. Less than 24 hours after the initial phone call, a technician (Mark) arrived at our home and installed the new unit for us. This all happened during the Labour Day holiday weekend!
During our initial consultation, we decided to get a Water Softener and a RO (Reverse Osmosis) also.
The Water Softener and Reverse Osmosis units were installed 2 days later by Ray, another knowledgeable technician.
