Had an issue with Delivery on my Anniversary, but I think that was just a misunderstanding, and the owner is wonderful and offered a full refund. They clearly care about making things right, and the flowers did end up turning out pretty nice. Solid business.
Received a call from Regency Florist to inform me that an item that I had selected was unavailable. They kindly offered a replacement that suited my request for the arrangement that I had ordered.
