I worked with the team from Refined on two separate projects and would definitely recommend. I was impressed with the selection and quality of product offered at both locations!We had Ismail (Sam) and his team install hardwood, tile, and vinyl floors. He is patient, meticulous, and does beautiful clean work.Genti & Hani offered a lot of knowledge behind each product, and steered me in the right direction. A reno comes with many moving parts and sometimes things are missed. A minor hiccup arose and Sam & Hani were quick to rectify it professionally and efficiently!

What a great experience my wife and I had coming into Refined Flooring. The owner Genti was so friendly and helpful. We'd purchased a floor system off of him prior to our visit back, and wanted to place a large fish tank on top of it. He'd given us very honest advis, which actually ended in us not purchasing additional flooring from his store. Knowing that, he still took the time explain all the pro's and con's so we could make an educated decision. As a small business owner myself, I would highly recommend and very much appreciate a company with this level of customer service. Thank you Genti.

Great selection and the best service for flooring in the City! Our Reno was extensive and they helped with our flooring every step of the way. The customer service is top notch, HIGHLY recommended!
