John recently reupholstered two bergere frames we purchased at auction. He was a pleasure to work with: personable, great sense of humour, and he provided plenty of helpful advice about our project along the way. His workmanship and attention to detail were first-rate, and as a result, we now have two chairs that complement our décor and will provide comfortable seating for many years to come. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended – he deserves every one of the five stars we’re awarding!

When we acquired some chair frames at auction, I found Mr. John Reid on Dundas Street. He did an amazing job. His handicraft and attention to detail is utterly amazing. He creates family heirlooms.
