“Problem:Totally clogged kitchen sink in a 70 year old home &kitchen taps needing replacement.
Liam &Connor called ahead asking if it was alright to come early.When they arrived they introduced themselves&reviewed what I had explained to the office was our problem.They put down a covering on our carpet so they wouldn't soil it on the way to the kitchen.They the looked at the situation &quickly knew what needed doing.They explained everything,showed me what each part would cost & gave me options.They also made me aware what a worst case scenario could look like.Also they didnt hesitateto answer all my questions throughout the process.About 2hrs later the clogged pipe was clean,all new under sink to code plumbing, new tap installed.&my kitchen floor cleaned up.They retested everything before leaving.I was able to pay upon completion & the price was reasonable.Totally pleasant & professional young men.I was very pleased with their service for Donaldson's & wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.“
