Craig showed up earlier than expected, which fit better into my day. After quickly diagnosing the issue, he fixed it; I also had concerns with my furnace humidifier & filter, which he also took care of promptly. He explained everything, not just what he was doing & why, but also the working principles behind the humidifier, which will help me in future. We’ve had Craig here a number of times over the past 25-30 years, even in our former house. He’s always been courteous, helpful, professional & very knowledgeable.A too- notch technician with a top-notch company!

My air conditioner needed replacing. I decided to go with a Heat Pump and with the special rebate London Hydro was offering, Dean at Peter Inch & Associates was able to help me get what my house needed. They did not try to oversell a larger unit. Explained everything and they made sure I was satisfied with the product afterwards. On top of installing the unit, they solved a small problem I had with my furnace duct work - wasn't their problem, but they helped me solve mine. Replaced Reliance water heater with a tankless one. Install team was fast polite clean and knowledgeable. A pleasure to work with. Replaced furnace, added heat pump. Everyone was pleasant, efficient, cleaned up after completion. I’m very happy with the unit, great heat, cheaper bills…what’s not to like? I couldn’t find the filter the first time I had to change it. When I called the company to ask about it, Murray was at my house within a half hour, showing me again about the filter. The electronic filter attachment threw me off. They probably get all kinds of people with simple questions like that. No one laughed at me for not knowing. Such great support.
