This company is absolutely amazing when it comes to customer experience. From the first time we talked to Berke to the experience of dealing with his cleaner Mehmet it was nothing short of amazing. They are super helpfully and very knowledgeable in their profession. We had 2 of our couches cleaned and scotch guarded and they did an excellent job. I contacted Palmiye to get an area rug cleaned after we realized the rug we bought secondhand had a pet urine odor. The price was very reasonable, and the man I was in contact with was kind and polite. There were some communication issues but they were easily and professionally resolved.
